Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of the initial purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in new (unused) condition. Free of any dirt, scratches, or wear and tear.

The Return Process:

Please send an email to customersupport@boldguard.com and state your order number and the reason for the return. Attach any photos to the email if you believe the product is not functioning properly.

Take the unused item(s) you wish to return and pack them into a shipping mailer or box. Include a printed off copy of your original order invoice that you were sent over email.

Send the item(s) you would like to return back the address you will be provided over email by our support team.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original order’s shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you qualified for free shipping, there will be no shipping deductions from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your package arrives on time.

Refunds:

Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is rejected, you will be notified over email.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take up to 5 business days for a refund to be visible in your bank account.

Sale Items

All items listed in our “Sale” section or items that are marked down on the website are all final sale. They are not subject to refunds or returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Our products are made in limited quantities. We cannot guarantee any of the item(s) you would like to substitute for will be in stock.

We recommend that if you would like a new style of product that you follow our Return Process. In order to guarantee that your desired product(s) are in stock, we suggest placing a new order for the products of your choice once your refund has been deposited. Or, you may choose to place a new order at any time.
